New Video: Alexander O'Neal - What a Wonderful World

2020 has been a crazy year. It has been filled with a lot of stress and struggles for a lot of people, making it hard to forget the blessings we all have. Alexander O'Neal must have been feeling this sentiment as he has put out a video for "What a Wonderful World."

"What a Wonderful World," is the classic from Louis Armstrong that has been covered by a number of artists over the years. Alexander O'Neal packs the track with such a gravelly tone, it's amazing to hear the soul he punches into it. At the end, he returns to his original silky smooth voice just to show you how he is changing it up.

The single isn't just for fun, as it is being released with some charity in mind. Proceeds from the release will go to Homeless Worldwide and The Salvation Army. As we approach Christmas, it's important to give back and it is nice to see an R&B talent using his base to promote these causes.

The video is a combination of shots of O'Neal singing the song, and families sharing time together during the holidays. It's warming to see people together and to think of the importance that family has during these wild times.
