Brandy's been having a year with her new album, B7. It had been a while since we'd heard from her last, but she's making up for all the lost time. Following up on the album, she's put out No Tomorrow Part 2 - a continuation of the track No Tomorrow from the aforementioned B7 album.
The track features Brandy and Ty Dolla $ign. Compared to the original track, this one's got a much darker, lower sound to it. The chorus remains largely unchanged, but the verses have a choppier feel that matches closely to the chorus. Ty delivers a verse that fits well with the song and provides the man's side on the song.
I enjoy the song as a whole. I'm not a fan of the heavy production on Brandy's vocals, but the delivery on the track is great and I find the track easy to listen to.
Overall, Brandy's been putting out a lot of great music lately and it's wonderful to see. We covered the music video for Borderline and the single Rather Be. It'll be great to see what she comes up with next.
