Update: Check out our review of Spell My Name.

It has been a wild ride these last few weeks as we've awaited this album, but it's finally here. Toni Braxton has released her latest album, Spell My Name, on August 28, 2020. With ten great tracks on it, the album is short, but it packs a lot of great music in it.

The first single for the album was "Do It" which has been the album's most popular track thus far. Topping the adult R&B charts, the song was popular enough that in late June, a remix of the song was released. They added Missy Elliott for the remix, elevating a track that already had featured writing credits from Babyface.

The second single for the album was Dance. We've seen a few versions of this track as well, with a remix of it done by Dave Aude coming out in May, and the original version dropping in late July. This track also came with a music video featuring Toni Braxton dancing in a great costume.

The last single released so far came out earlier this week, Gotta Move On. Each single so far has packed something special, and for this one it had to be the collaboration with H.E.R. H.E.R. came out strong on this track doing some guitar riffs that almost served as a solo verse.

Long story short, Toni Braxton isn't playing games with this album. We've yet to listen to the remaining tracks but look forward to checking them out and providing a review to let you know where we stand. In the meantime, check out the singles below and let us know what song is your favorite!
