New Music: Omarion - Involved

Omarion's preparing for his new album, The Kinection, which is due out at the end of this month. Continuing the hype for the new album, he has released a new single, "Involved."

The track has a classic Omarion sound to it, with a strong up-tempo delivery and short, punchy lines. The chorus pulls the track back with slower, purer singing. The punchiness and the echoing sounds make me feel like Omarion is becoming a fusion of hip hop and Enya.

This single follows up on "Can You Hear Me." We covered Omarion's last single as the video featured dance troops across the country expressing themselves to the song. That song was infectious, and watching people move to it elevated it further.
