Myron

Myron was born in Cleveland, Ohio. He was the son of a preacher and grew up in the church. Myron sung in the church and learned to play the keyboard and drums.

He moved to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he joined a jazz band. In 1996, Myron scored his first public track with 'Sistas' from the soundtrack to the movie Eddie.

Myron was able to get a deal with Island Black Music and released his debut LP Destiny in 1998. Myron scored moderate hits with 'Destiny' which reached #14 on the R&B charts, 'So Fly' which reached #53 and 'We Can Get Down' which reached #22.

Besides his own album, Myron helped co-write songs for his labelmates Dru Hill.
