| Posted by gloomypoet at 2008-11-04 01:44:37 | | Thanks once more, for welcoming me and for your comments on Johnny's (no) and i have one request i'd like to ask you, can we chat live on these subjects, is it possible to have open chat forums here? i know that there is a big time difference maybe 7 or 8 hours as now i'm in my office and it's(11:45 a.m.) but i wish we can do so, as there is a lot i can learn from you guys. |
| Posted by gloomypoet at 2008-11-02 02:55:58 | | Hello Dear Guru, i was so glad to have found a comment from you on my account and i once again thank you for the opportunity to engage into RnB forums and share thoughts and learn facts and hear great songs, and thank you for having the time, given your busy schedule trying to update the site and apply the comments, but as for your question i do not come from England but from a tiny country called Lebanon in the Middle East it is a great country and i hope that you may one day visit it to see what i mean, but nowadays i am working and living in the K.S.A. and my Mega wish is that one day i will be able to attend a Boyz II Men concert, if there is any chance they will come to the Middle East (probably Dubai) i will definately not miss the chance. |

| Posted by JohnnyAwesome24 at 2008-09-13 10:40:55 | ![JohnnyAwesome24]() | Hey Guru, just wanted to stop by here and thank you for this amazing site that you created. |
| Posted by Moofu at 2008-08-25 20:57:59 | | Your welcome! Well my dad used to play a lot of his old records around the house and played the oldies station 24/7 in the car. Since then, I've always loved vocal groups mainly from 50,60s,70s and 90s though. You should check out the movie "Shake,Rattle & Roll" There's a clip of K-Ci,Jojo,Rahsan Patterson and Jesse Powell singing acapella on a street corner. |
| Posted by Soul Supreme at 2008-08-25 15:38:23 | ![Soul Supreme]() | Yea! I had a mistake adding some songs on the lists! but lemme forward my top 10 to ya once i finish, salamat!... |
| Posted by Moofu at 2008-08-24 08:15:55 | | Whats up Guru? The platters are great, my favorite song from the platters is "Smoke Gets In Your Eyes". My list is long... lol. So, here's some doo wop songs you might like and should check out.
Little Anthony & The Imperials - Tears on my Pillow & Going out of my head
The Platters - Smoke Gets In Your Eyes (awesome song)
The Penguins - Earth Angel
Jive Five - My True Story
Shirelles - Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow
Out of curiosity how did you get into such old songs?

| Posted by moon at 2008-03-26 17:58:58 | | hey guru!
I think this site has the potential to become the internets's biggest database of 90's rnb music. I know u must be busy juggling your secular work and I think that with a little support frm other members we can make it happen. The bios, lyrics, videos and groups you have compiled is amazing! Imagine how much more so if everyone pitched in and compiled artists that we currently don't have! We can also compile 90's movie soundtracks that are known forrnb songs (like the bodyguard jason's lyric etc). if no one else is up to the challenge I am! anyway hope to chat soon :) |
| Posted by bri at 2008-03-19 14:03:26 | | she has soul ,to me . and i kind of like that jazz theme which she does some of the time |
