Ladae! Biography
The group Ladae! came onto the scene in the early 1990s as one of the many quartets competing in the R&B scene. The group, comprised of Quent 'Boogie', Lil' Tone Lane, Darren 'Baby D' Road and Brian 'Lil B' released their debut album, The Moment in 1994. The album had one single chart, with 'Deep Down' reaching #92 on the R&B charts.
In 1996, with hopes of making a comeback, the group produced an album, Ladae! with the help of Al B! Sure. Despite scoring a single, Party 2 Nite, at #44 on the R&B charts, the album never saw a public release. Today, the album goes for as much as 80 dollars on ebay. |
