R&B GuruYea, feel free to email anyone you like. Let them know the site gets 60,000 visitors a month and link to past interviews.

I haven't contacted anyone in a while so if you can find some you'd like, it'd be good.

R&B GuruYour summary of the site members on the forum had me laughing out loud. I like how you described lpc as liking everything that nobody else does haha.

Great post!

R&B GuruDang, I didn't know there was so much drama. It would definitely make for an interesting interview! You'd have to help prep me :).

As info for emailing artists... the site gets 60,000 visitors a month, you can link to past interviews as examples, and if need be, my email is rnbguru@rnbhaven.com.

It's always best to try and highlight how it helps them to. How there are a lot of fans on the site of Artist X and it would be a great way to go over what they did together/what they're doing now, and to promote that artist's solo work.

It doens't all always apply but those are good points to hit :)

R&B GuruYo Havok,
Are there specific things you're looking for with Hi-Five? I'm definitely game for hitting them up but in the next two or three months I plan on doing the Playa interview, and I've already been in touch with H-Town, and The Rude Boys. I was considering doing Az Yet/Troop after those three but if you have a particular interest in Hi-Five, I have no trouble swapping the order.

R&B GuruYea, I think I found it on his MySpace. I've tried so much to get a hold of him to do an interview but he never responds back :(

R&B GuruHaha, you should know my tastes well enough by now to know there's only one artist it could possibly be :). It's Tony Rich!

happy9irlHi there! I just saw this thread and have been searching for B2M rare and unreleased songs for a loooong time. Please let me know if you're willing to share your files with me. Thanks!

R&B GuruLol it's all good. The fact that you tried is worth as much to me as having it work :).

I'll try and explain it again for you and make it clearer on the page. When you put in imeem code, it will have a bunch of < tags > that say different things. You want to start the embed from the one that says object, and end with the one that has \object in it.

Hope that helps! I'll try and make the page more understandable for contributing.

R&B GuruHah, I know, my file was the same way. I ended up just splitting the tracks into solo songs and b2m songs and so they were under the 200 mb.

That should make it okay.

Havok214I'll probably just zip it all up and send it to you the same way I did with the W/R album. You can easily pick out what you want or dont want. If you could do the same that would be nice. It'll probably be in your mail by the end of the day.

R&B GuruThanks dude, I reciprocated with my set, and then immediately found Shawn Stockman - Love Again. So if you want that one (it's a tight song, though only a minute and a half long), lemme know and I'll send it over.

R&B GuruSo I don't think I received your email if you sent me one. I'm trying to think of the best way to pass our stuff back and forth as it might be tough in email since it'd be a pretty hefty file. I'm going to try and compile all the songs I have and name them better and will let you know when I've done it.

Can you do the same with your whole collection (including the Japanese album)? It makes it easier as we don't have to worry about missing anything and can also compare quality since it's obviously hit or miss with unreleased tracks.

Also, how'd you get the winter/reflections album? Did you just import it? I went to Hong Kong and had really hoped to find it while there but unfortunately, Japanese music doesn't seem to seep into China.
