I agree that Chante Moore is underrated. She is a classic artist and vocalist. However, the most underrated artist ever is Deborah Cox. She has the best voice and is the best singer ever, especially in contemporary music. Just listen to her first and second CDs and her live performances. How she is not a hugher star with that voice is a mystery. Kelly Price is another one with a voice that is absolutely breathtaking. Deborah and Kelly are two of the greatest singers that I have ever heard. They should be R&B legends and icons.

Believing herself to being shunned by her groupmates, Left Eye of TLC issued a challenge in 1999 that they each produce a solo cd on a 3-CD set called The Challenge. She wanted fans to judge who was the most talented. The group eventually settled their differences.
