The album sounds more like a compilation of songs than an actual album. It does have some solid records on it.

I think he understands where he went wrong on the last album. Although I thought he did good. It's just that most people did not want to see him do a grown up album. I thought it was a good idea, because he is getting up in age where he will start to look silly singing about most crap that people like.

I honestly don't think he can do a grown up album. Not knocking him I just don't see hom as that kind of artist.

I don't understand something I was reading people comments on youtube about Usher first album. The comments I read people said not to many people liked it because he sounded way to mature for his age at the time he was 14/15. Now when he make a "grown up" album like "here I stand" now people are still complaing. I like all of Usher albums and I'm glad he isn't making immature music.

He is kind of like a grander scaled version of what a lot of people consider Avant. He is a guy who has greast singles as far as making pop hits, but things fall flat after that.

You might be right on that one. I never thought about the Avant thing.

Haha well said Johnny. That's so true. With most of Usher's albums, I do just that. Play the big singles then skip on through.
