Also, since they've been doing so many covers I expect something different from the original. Shawns part was a nice touch, but again overall the song was just "ok". I meant that Wanya's voice in general has declined. He can still sing but not quite like he used to. The outcome was another mediocre cover track. Although this is a pretty rendition on the old classic, Shawn Stockman and Nate Morris's vocals seem to be slipping further and further with each album. No doubt that their 3 part harmony (without Michael McCary) is still every bit as good as it was in 1994. Yet Wanya is almost sounding better now than he did on most of all their major hits. Listen, we're all getting old so I'm not dogging Shawn or Nate. I just believe Wanya is really carrying them....and I'm willing to bet he knows it Wanya Morris is complete beast on mic!
