Having listened to Journey's version, I love their instrumental as BoyIIVints said. The verses also have a hoarseness to it in Journey's that seems to add to the meaning. However, I like the Boyz II Men version a lot, but for different reasons. As Boy said, Wanya really rocks the song. Wanya chorus is MUCH BETTER Journey chorus. He's just got so much power. I like the rise and fall of the vocals but still, something about Shawn's opening verse just seems like it doesn't have any punch to it, I'm with Moofu there. Lastly, around 2:40, the final chorus just seems too confused with so many things going on at once that it almost sounds like mumbling.
