Buddha 2009-08-20 10:53:13 Total Posts: 517 | Two months after being signed to Young Money Entertainment, Omarion has been dropped from the increasingly popular recording company. Spilling the beans about the matter is the label’s president Mack Maine on his Twitter which reveals that Omarion is fired because he allegedly leaked his duet song "I Get It In" with Lil Wayne. On his Twitter, he writes: "ATTN: Omarion is no longer Young Money … the song they leaked ft. Wayne is not official .. good luck 2 him in his future". Shortly after that, one of Young Money’s artists Jae Millz re-tweeted Mack’s short message, apparently trying to emphasize that the news is not a rumour. Omarion was previously signed to Epic Records before he joined Young Money Entertainment in June. He is currently working on his next studio album titled "A New Me", and now he’ll have to find a new home to drop the project. I'm sorry but that is hilarious.

Its the labels job to release music not the artist just because you got the internet.

R&B Guru 2009-08-20 16:25:37 Total Posts: 2527 | lol I have to believe june knew that and was poking fun. I hear you on the label vs artist issue. However, it's a tough call. In this case, it definitely was better to keep it silent, but sometimes, it's better to let the artist promote themselves since the labels will let you fall to the wayside.

R&B Guru 2009-08-21 11:14:40 Total Posts: 2527 | Honestly, Twitter is putting a lot of these people in real dangerous positions. It's dangerous tweeting as such a public figure since you're really running a risk of putting out private information. I don't know how to react to this "i was dropped. No i wasn't" drama
