Alright so, we all agree that this new brand of pop-RnB/Techno-Dance stuff is ruining the genre. But of these 5 most popular tracks of this style, what do you guys think? Do any of these contribute any real quality to "real" RnB?

Closer-Neyo
Forever-Chris Brown
Beautiful-Akon ft. Colby O' Donnis
Insomnia-Craig David
Down-Jay Sean ft. Lil Wayne

I think Craig David could. I like Craig David style and he has such a great voice. Maybe Ne-Yo.

I think Ne-Yo could do it. Probably not with that song but he's probably the most apt to with the techno esque tracks

Yea def Neyo and Craig. Neyo's versatile and creative, as is craig(he's an underrated writer). Craig has also always been good on mid-tempo to fast-tempo tracks so he does it convincingly. I just hate how EVERYBODY'S doin it.

Their is nothing wrong with trying new sounds. And their is no need to mock a artist for trying it. My only question is what is wrong with the fans?

Yea, but it's bad ilikeit lol it's bad. And it sounds too much like it's duplicating this sound.

It's good to experiment, but man, probably should have never let that track out of the closet
