I know that their are a lot of people who would like to see him fail. Most people would say that his greatest work is behind him. After listening to this song that he wrote for Whitney, this statement is so far from the truth. This song captures your soul when Whitney says "As I lay me down". The song opens up like a prayer. Which is very ironic because during his trial we know he spent a lot of time praying. Both these artist has had their fair share of problems. Which is why this song works so well. "I believe I can fly" was a big hit but not as believable as this song. It hits home from the beginning to the end. The song tells a tale of one persons strength and the need to lean on someone during the hard times, which creates the perfect balance. Their is quite a few stories that tells a tale of ones ability to look to a higher being in a time of need. I think this was the perfect song for Whitney to making a come back and rebuild her career. She is one of my favorite singers and I wish her nothing but success and more number one hits with this album entitled "I look to you"

He's nothing short of a musical genius, despite his "other" shortcomings. And Whitney also deserves this spotlight as well. It's been a long time since her prime, but I feel she can do it again and this song is the perfect way to start the process. Do I hear a #1 Hit?
