I know you'll be frustrated by this news, given the love for LeToya on here. I recently was notified by one of LeToya's reps that Matthew Knowles made the demand of BET that Beyonce won't perform at the BET Awards if LeToya does.

So the rumors have been flaring over the past few days about Matthew Knowles giving BET an ultimatum. Basically, if BET Awards let LeToya Luckett perform at the BET Awards, Beyonce would not. Information about the situation had been leaked to Hip Hop Prophet who posted the below letter he had received:

"I work for XXXXXXXX. I just want to share something with you because maybe you can help by spreading the word. So even though XXXX XXXX XXXXXX… I love LeToya Luckett. Now Matthew made XXXXX threaten BET to remove Beyonce from the BET Awards line-up if LeToya were to perform on that same stage that same night. It is sad to say but I think XXXXX will win over LeToya’s management because Beyonce is a guarantee to bring the ratings up for the show. In business we have to deal with shady politics but this is going too far. All I want is both girls to perform. Between me and you the thing is that I'm sure of is that even if BET wouldn't bend over (which I doubt) he would get Beyonce out there at the last minute. He's just trying to intimidate BET. Anyway now you know, deal with this info the best way you can."

I've recently been in contact with members of LeToya Luckett's team and the rumors have been revealed to be tragically true. For further confirmation, if you look at BET's list of performers at the award show, you'll see Beyonce but no LeToya Luckett. Instead, LeToya has been forced into the Pre-Show to accommodate Matthew Knowles demands.

This news is sickening. I’m disappointed that BET would give in to such strong arm tactics for the sake of their ratings. What’s more, I’m sickened by Matthew Knowles attempt at silencing true R&B music in his attacks on LeToya Luckett.

I don't know about you guys but I find this pretty ridiculous. Is this dude really that paranoid about his daughter being shown up that he's gotta do this? He makes it seem like LeToya raped and killed his family.

Still, how old is Matthew Knowles? I mean really? This sounds like playground drama where a kid's refusing to go to your birthday party if you invite someone else. Like come on, grow a pair and deal with the fact that people can be successful without his hookers and coke.

Thats one battle he didn't want to see his baby girl lose, to a girl who so called got kicked out the group. Look at her now. Don't believe it's all Matty no my friends it's all Ms. Beyonce. lol

Not a fan of Beyonce, but if Matthew feels that Beyonce is such a powerful force now, why then is he so threatened by LeToya? Ok, so people will probably talk about the two's past, but is he worried that LeToya's stats will come up? This is the same for Kelly and Michelle. It's clear that the two of them receive little to no promotion on the projects they have released under his management. OH WELL LOL!!!!
