Lol I was simply going to ignore this one. I really couldn't even fathom making a list.

In truth I don't think I could come up with ten groups.

Off the top of my head, the list would probably include Xscape, Brownstone, TLC, SWV, and For Real.

I don't know, I never got into the whole Envogue.

Changing Faces are a possibility... forgot about them.

But seriously. When you look at these groups... how many of them hold a candle to the equivalent ranked guy group?

En Vogue is annoying to be honest. Vastly overrated as a group. No Guru, none of these can even touch a mediocre guy group.

Yea, that's what I'm feeling Johnny. It's funny that no girls were ever able to reach the guys levels.

Not really, a great male voice KILLS a great female voice. Girls are for eye candy only in music. Sorry, I don't make the rules. If you are ugly, stay in your own yard ladies.

I love how this is supposed to be a praise thread and all we have done is bash them haha.

i think there's a little better female solo artists than groups, honestly. But groups or solo, they don't compare to the males.

wow....right off a couple people are willing to diss En Vogue? Now I know I'm in the right place, lol. I won't say I disliked them per se, but they were hugely overrated and inferior to a lot of the groups mentioned (IMHO), despite their huge success.

Haha. Fullasoul, you can stay here as long as you like.

There are definitely stronger solo female artists than groups. Toni, Mariah, Phyllis Hyman.

Still, men usually put them to shame.
