Teddy Riley announced that both of his groups Guy and Blackstreet will release new music this year at the Core DJ's Event this weekend in Atlanta. Teddy Riley and members of both his groups Aaron Hall (Guy), Damion Hall (Guy), Chauncey Hannibal (Blackstreet), Mark Middleton (Blackstreet), and Eric Williams (Blackstreet) spoke to a panel about the importance of bringing back real soulful R&B music and time for groups to come back on the scene and gave advice to people trying to get in the business. Both groups performed and the footage of it is on youtube. To top it off Dave Hollister joined Blackstreet onstage and sang Before I Let You Go with the current four members of Blackstreet. He also came back when the group closed the show with No Diggity. I don't know if he will be on the new album or the full reunion but it was good to see him back with Blackstreet and they looked good as a quintet for some of the songs Dave was up there.

Wow that's what we need, but everybody talks how we need real R&B music back. Then you have Case release some really good R&B music and it's not doing well at all. It's off the radar.

Case isn't exactly the best choice to start the movement...
