I was never huge on Blackstreet. However they have grown on me as time has gone on. "Money Can't Buy Me Love" is great.

Everybody they had in Blackstreet can sing Teddy is mainly the producer and he put great singing talent around him. When Joseph Stonestreet left who was a great singer, he got Dave Hollister an equally great singer to replace him and when Dave & Levi they got two more great singers in Mark Middleton & Eric Williams. Chauncey Black can sing his heart out too. Too bad Dave is focusing his career on gospel but not saying it's bad but for people hoping the lineup from the first Blackstreet album reunite is unlikely. But Blackstreet is coming back with the Another Level lineup of Teddy, Chauncey, Mark, & Eric.

Jermaine, you need to start actually you know... reading and understanding what topics are about, and THEN discuss them. Not post random crap in each one.

I'll have to think about this one.

Kenny Lattimore was an acquired taste for me. It's funny, I bought two of his albums purely on the strength of "For You." I listened to them once and was like, meh, boring.

Then I started playing it every now and then and started getting a vibe for it.

Keith Sweats voice is deffinetly an acquired taste.

Prince also. I'm not a big prince fan but I respect his contribution to music.

Keith Sweat is an acquired taste for me as well. Jermaine you are the king of going off topic. I don't care if they weren't acquired for you.

Tell us who was champ.

Keith Sweat is probably an acquired taste. So far, it's one I've optd out of acquiring though. I just don't like his voice. But I suppose with time you could get used to it :)

I gotta admit Jodeci grew on me a whole lot. I liked "Love U 4 Life" and that was about it. Then I listened to a bunch of tracks by them on youtube and got "Diary Of A Mad Band" and started to love them. Also 112, I didn't like them at all only a few tracks ex. Your Letter, Only You but after I heard Johnny recs, I like them :)

Whatever man I'm about tired of ya'll not commenting whatever I put down but instead rag on me for saying positive things. I ain't talked about nobody in a while but ya'll wanna provoke me and see why I got mad but iilikeit encouraged me to chill so I'm gonna chill but if you hate what I put down then start another topic and I'm the king of going off topic huh? Man I've been talking about this music stuff from keeping me from trippin but it's a lot of ya'll that keep testing me and to the person making that joke about me being Jermwikipedia at it again you better stop testing me for real.

Jermaine, we didn't respond to you hear because you didn't talk about the topic. If you talk about what groups were an acquired taste for you, we'll respond to it. But posting the history of Blackstreet here isn't going to have anybody reply.
Think before you post bro.
