| Help Locating A Song | ||||
JohnnyK 2008-07-20 06:20:06  Total Posts: 2 | I was recently watching a television show that used a 90's R&B song. the only thing I know is a repeated verse that says, "diamond in the back;sun roof top, diggin the scene; with a gangster lean. Can anyone help me out with a name and artist for this great song....................I know it's not alot to go on but I'd deeply appreciate any help on it. Thanks JohnnyK | |||
R&B Guru 2008-07-20 10:00:29  Total Posts: 2527 | Hey JohnnyK. The track is William DeVaughn's Be Thankful for What You Got. However, the track came out in 1974 and was rereleased in 1980. I looked up to see if any covers of it were in the 1990s, but the only covers were rock/electronica at that time, so I'm thinking this is the one you're looking for. I've included the mp3 so you can verify it for me :). | |||
