R&B Guru 2008-07-18 18:41:52  Total Posts: 2527 | So Alicia Keys recently put out a video for her song, Superwoman. So I thought I'd offer up an informal poll for everyone. It's dubbed, the "Battle of the Superwoman." This battle crosses several venues of R&B.
Up first, we've got Alicia Keys new single Superwoman. Second on our list is Lil Mo's more up-tempo Superwoman with then unknown Fabulous. And last, going way back in time, we've got Karyn White. Here's her version of the Superwoman. | |||

I fell in love with Karyn White's Superwoman after hearing Babyface sing it at a concert (he was doing a medley of hits he wrote). Though I've gotta say, all the "versions" of the song have so much for em. Lil Mo's is infectious though I actually like it more for Fabulous than for her. And Alicia Keys is more empowering and has got her wonderful sound. Still, it's Karyn White all the way for me :). | |||
