Yep my man Kenvon has decided to give it another run at it and I'm happy because his first album was the bomb. Kevon has signed to a new deal with Make Entertainment and will release his sophomore album in March of 09'. What do you guys think.

I think this is the greatest news in a long time. Kevon Edmonds is one of my favorite singers and his work in After 7 and as a solo artist is outstanding. You've got me excited ilikeit. I've been trying to touch base with him for a while but this might make me renew my efforts.

Very good news, I'd rather have an After 7 album, but hey a Kevon solo is also good. Do you know what its called yet?

Ehhhhhhhhh....

I tried to listen to his solo album. His vocals are great on a few songs...but his voice just gets annoying after a while. The song No Love (I think that's the title) is nasty...but other than that I'm really not feeling him. I agree that he does better in a group setting...

Some may like his voice, but I'd rather hear Babyface sing

^^^i agree. with after 7, he'd show some crazy vocal performances (baby im for real, ready or not, no better love, takin my time etc.) but on the solo tip he wouldn't really "sang" like how he did in a group. just kinda average to me...but hey, i'd rather have that than 90% of the garbage out there today.

I was really only into Kevon when he was in after 7, not huge on him as a solo guy.

I'm with you guys, though I like 24/7, How Often and No Love from his solo album.

Still, After 7 would be a great show... but it's easier to get one guy back together than two :).
