Hrmmm, we might want to broaden the category to just non-black R&B singers :). Might broaden the field more since I'm sure everyone would go with Jon B or Michael Jackson (who really shouldn't count anyway lol).

Doing that, you can expand it to include Kai, Voices of Theory, and... okay, still limited. Mwahaha

hmm.... probably Michael McDonald.

Hall & Oates were cool, Robin Thicke is okay, Jon B is okay, (i heard he sucks live tho)...

That's all I can think of right now.

Yea, All 4 One had two white members though I don't believe any sang lead. Az-1 had a lead white singer, Martin Kember who's had a decent amount of success afterwards on his own. He might be up there on my list if I had to put down a solid white R&B singer. Check out the group at: http://www.rnbhaven.com/90s-music/free-music-videos/Az-1/Trust-In-Me/277/1708

Hall & Oates were cool and I dig a lot of their tracks... but I always feel like they're too reliant on the chorus and get kinda boring because of it.

What about the lead singer of Color me Badd, Bryan Abrams? He had a good voice.

Know this maybe up for debate but I like the song "How Deep is Your Love" off the Saturday night fever soundtrack. Some would say that the entire album was a disco record back then. But I beg to differ. This particular track was so soulful and I got to call it R&B. So Barry Gibb has to be added to the fold. What do you guys think?

Michael Mcdonald was a good one junebug. You know he did an entire Motown album and it was off the chain. LOL

Man, your pulling out a roster here, I never would have fathomed the numbers. What about Justin Timberlake? Pop or R&B :).

I was sold on Justin when he sang lead on that song "Gone" with N'Sync. That song gave me chill bumps it was so good.
