R&Banalyst 2010-07-15 19:01:39 Total Posts: 111 | I'm late on this thread, but Mint Condition is most certainly underrated. Lead singer Stokely Williams is one of the best vocalists in the game (he's lost a touch in recent years) Now had they come out in the 70's or early 80s when people still appreciated music from a real music band, they would have been bigger than life! 90s hip-hop with people singing over heavy beat tracks got away from true musicianship. We now know the greatness of Jazmine =) and Tank is also another underrated artist. He didn't come out in the 90s tho....just thought I'd throw that out there...
R&B Guru 2010-07-16 06:14:44 Total Posts: 2527 | Ahem, I believe Tony Rich Project is the most underrated artist :). But I'll give you Mint. They're rocking and don't get the press they deserve too. No Buddha, Playa is not the most underrated.

Moofu 2010-07-18 17:41:14 Total Posts: 725 | He isn't really that good of a singer. However, if you've watched some of his solo stuff he is a great dancer/entertainer. Maybe that's why he's underrated?

R&Banalyst 2010-07-20 17:47:39 Total Posts: 111 | Forgot to throw in Faith Evans, Tweet, and a kat named Frankie. Tweet was a part of that Timbo, Missy, and Ginuwine crew. Outside of her hype Timbo singles, her style is chocolate smooth! Faith came in with MJB, so she didn't get the hype Mary did. Frankie was almost the first Neo-soul artist in the 90s. He had a cd called "My heart Belongs To you"
