Do you guys think this will have a big impact on the r&b market or will these albums go unnoticed? Also, whose albums do you look forward to the most? But I would be looking forward definitely to a new BLACKstreet or Dru Hill album especially now that Dru Hill have Tao as a new memeber. | |||

junebug18 2008-08-17 05:43:11  Total Posts: 540 | Outta those artists, I will be checking for albums from: Anthony Hamilton (yup, im expecting this) Case (he's been MIA since '01, never heard anything since Open Letter which was good, so i gotta see what he's got) Dru Hill (They been saying this 4ever, lets see if it drops) Donnell Jones (if he is dropping for sure, thats my most anticipated r&b album of the year) Brian McKnight (will be a good album) Maxwell (him and D'angelo need to stop playing and drop) Michael Jackson (i cant see him dropping an album in this time period, but i will always check for him regardless) Also, Raphael Saadiq has a solo '60s/70s/Motown influenced' album coming out next month. That's my most anticipated R&B album that I know is dropping for sure. It's call "The Way I See It". Check it out. | |||

If this McKnight album is a definite, that will be my most anticipated...but Eric benet is the only other one I'll actually pick up. The others? Well I would have to hear great things from ya'll.
