Imma part-time singer before soulsup,
I'm performing on a local bar together with some underground artists but I didn't last for long with that industry. I had a nussle between my vocal chords which causes me to not sing with a high-note no more, one of the factors why I got this illness is me wishing to get that perfect vibrato.

I rather suggest that u have to have a some sort of a 'voice lesson training' before u can get that perfect vibrato and for u to be able to know how to use them properly without causing u much trouble of having a problem in your voice box! (like what happenned to me,unfortunately.)
Or if I still remember, u can watch a short clip of voice trainer teaching the basics of vibrato and beat of info and practices on how u do it a lil perfect, just go to:

www.youtube.com >then search "Voice Lesson pt.1:Vibrato"

Or something like that ;)

I like to think of myself as a singer...not at all profssionally. My vibrato comes naturally, and I've actually worked to get rid of it. i sing with a group of about 15 or so people...most of them white. So in order to blend better I gotta lose the vibrato.

Awesome Radyo!but how sadly u lost the bit of the talent!cuz Im tryin to have my own natural vibrato but just lil of it comes out!...and I find it hard too!and as I keep listenin to Eric Benet's songs!I found out that Benet had it perfectly with his vibrato!Very very Awesome!!!!!!!..... tho I think JE's main vocalist (I dunno who he is) has no vibrato as I heard it to their song 'Girl it's over' is that true?..............

Benet is awesome...I actually think he is the artist I can most readily "duplicate" a lot of times.

Sing in church and big choirs...helps vibrato

Haha Supreme. If you check the user videos on this siteyou'll hear me singing. Quality is kinda rough and it was my 3rd performance of the day, but check it out!

The group also sped the song up like whoa...one of the dangers of acappella

Yea!Kai was now known as 'The 6th Day'.....Here in Philippines, there's only have one FM station that plays the real RNB (Wave 89.1) and their theme songs was created by 6th day!it's cool!........

It's exactly the same thing as the foreign R&B!
the Curls, the Beat, the rhythm, but not exactly the voices!LOL... and our RNb songs here dont have that Choking thing (Hoop!) that most of the americans do because of their Creativity (e.g. Sisqo's Incomplete)

But some of the Filipino R&B artists here in Philippines has the accent to sing RNB and mostly of their songs were English!tho we don't have any RNB Group here in Philippines and made by Philippines...

But ya know most of the Filipinos don't love RNB music (Except me and some) I guess the main reason is because 30-40% of Filipinos have difficulties of speaking and understanding english!
Hey! I'm not putting my country down, it's just a Fact!heheh

I feel ya SoulSup, my cousins from PI doesn't even like r&b, they mostly like Black Eyed Peas and PussyCat Dolls lol

But hey, I like Jay-R & Kayla songs! haha, someone told me that I look like Christian Bautista in his "The Way You Look At Me." You know what I noticed though, when I took a trip to the motherland back in `05 the things I've heard on the radio.. they do a lot of cover songs huh, i think the 2 popular cover songs I've heard there at that time "Through The Fire" and "I Need You"
