Shire is another Family Ties Entertainment product. This singer songwriter has been around the block more than a few times. But once again due to some unknown political reasons within the structure of her group Lovher at the time the record deal and Sisqo (which sign them) internal problems with the label, Def Jam never released the group's album. Soon after Sisqo, Dru Hill and Lovher were all dropped from the label. If you are close to the music biz this happens everyday where labels decide to stop the good music from coming out because of their numbers game. It just make's me sick.

I think she is more solid this time around, getting settled with Universal Motown and SRC Records as a solo artist. Her experiences in the music game as lead singer of Sisqo's all female R&B group, Lovher, and the sight of her dream crumbling brought her back stronger than ever and with more depth!! I can truly bob my head to her music and understand the reality she sings about. Shire' is going to go far...I'm proud of her for pushing this long to get to the level of success!!
