Another week at R&B Haven's come and gone and I'm pleased to tell you we've been keeping busy. To keep this manageable, I'll try and be brief on each point!

First and foremost, we've finally ended the 90s vs 2000s R&B poll! I'm pleased to tell you that 90s R&B kicked butt, winning 232 to 61 in the final tally. However, this next battle won't be so easy. Me and ilikeit squared off on the battle of low registered females and so now you've got to choose between Anita Baker and Toni Braxton. Be sure to head over to the polls section to cast your vote!

Next up, bunky's given us a new list, a follow-up to d0rk's hip-hop/R&B collaborations. If you think they're missing tracks or if you've got your own list in mind, feel free to submit your own list or post about it in the forums!

Ilikeit's blessed us with another article this week. In this issue (we need to come up with a general name for your articles ilikeit), Ilikeit looks at new up-and-coming R&B singer Deemi and her album Soundtrack of My Life. He puts a neat perspective on it that you won't get anywhere else but R&B Haven so be sure to check it out! And of course, if you've got an article you want to write (or see written), post in the forum or send me an email!

On the topic of Deemi, she's one of our new additions to the site this week, so if you want to learn more about her, you can find her in the new R&B artist section. Also this week, we've added Janet Jackson and a lengthy look at her career to date. All of their respective music videos are on the site as well. Let me know if you think we're missing any other artists.

FINALLY, we've added a new R&B song of the week! This week's video is 112's - Your Letter. I've always thought this song was brilliant in the way it was constructed and am a fan of tracks where the chorus changes in the final run to reflect how the song evolved. OVerall, while I'm not a fan of 112, this song pushed me closer than any others have.

Well, that's a wrap for the week. To send you off, I wanted to leave you with a great video. I've been updating artists (I'm up to BBD!) and as I go, I'm fixing/adding videos to the artists. This one's a new one I got for Babyface, and it's a duet with his brother Kevon Edmonds live.
