So I hope you guys had a great New Year and are enjoying the start of 2009. The site has seen a lot of big changes with the New Year, though most of them were just to make it harder to find stuff. We also have a ton of new content on the way that I hope everyone is pumped for.
First, the boring stuff. Things have been reorganized to clean up the top navigation bar. Album Reviews are now in the Albums menu. This page also has a quick look-up so you can find all of the albums released each year in R&B Music. It's a cool feature, so use it! Also, the song of the week is now in the Music Videos section, or by the sidebar image. And lastly, polls are now done in the Community section! Yea, it can be kind of confusing but you'll get the hang of it!
The second order of sort of boring news is the R&B song of the week. This week, the R&B track chosen is Troop's All I Do Is Think Of You. These guys could all sing great, and best of all, they had some freaky hair styles. They got everything from mullet-mohawks to the flat tops. Crazy guys but their awesome so check it out!
Lastly, and coolest, we've got a lot of new interviews on the way. I'm touching base with Keith Mitchell of After 7, the guys of Riff, J. Poww of UNV, and Case, as well as a couple unsigned singers. So keep checking back. We'll hopefully get the first interview launched on the site in about two weeks, and have one up every two weeks from then on. If you have any questions you'd like me to ask these guys, let me know!
That's it for now. As always, please contribute to the site via adding song lyrics and mp3 files if you can. Right now, Havok's been a big help with it, but I'd love to have more help growing our content.
O yea, believe me. That's the first thing on my list lol. I also thought I'd ask him (though it might be a touchy subject) why he never got to sing lead much. He had a solid voice. The two might be related.
And I'm hoping he'll get me in touch with Kevon but we'll have to wait and see.

I was thinking about it the other day and was like you know... why do I put news about the additions to the site on the front page of the site? Might as well make it feature the CONTENT of the site.
So it should be updated fairly regularly now as I've got a lot planned. Let me know.
I actually have that as a question haha. I was a little afraid of asking it though because I wasn't sure if it was insulting to downplay his role in the group. But I hope he'll take it for what it is.
So to give you guys an update, I just got off the phone with Keith of After 7 a little while ago. It's going to take a while to clean it all up (we talked for about an hour), but between that and J Poww of UNV, we're going to basically have a cluster of new updates on the front page in the coming weeks.
Keith said some REAL interesting stuff about the group that I think you guys'll really like so keep tuned!
I hope to have the first piece of J Poww's interview up this weekend!
I just did one with All 4 One yesterday (which should be up this weekend) and met and have been emailing back and forth with Bowlegged Lou of Full Force, so that interview should be coming up in the next few weeks.
I tried to get one with Kevon Edmonds (bumped into him and gave him my info at a small show a few weeks back) but he hasn't responded. And I was in touch with LeToya Luckett's online rep who sent a request in for us but well, they gave us the cold shoulder.
So yea, long story short, All 4 One will be up early next week :)
