| Protesting SOPA - R&B Haven going black | ||||
R&B Guru 2012-01-17 20:03:14  Total Posts: 2528 | Not sure if you guys are aware of it, but there are some major pieces of legislation in congress right now called SOPA and PIPA (stop online piracy act and Protect Intellectual Property Act) which pose a serious threat to our site and many of the other sites you likely visit. I try and keep politics off of here but this legislation is significant enough in relation to what we do and discuss that I want to join the movement. Tomorrow (January 18th), R&B Haven will be blacked out from 8AM EST to 8PM EST. Afterwards I'll post some videos and references here to help you get a better feel for what it's all about.
